Об исправлении ошибки при выгрузке извещений о проведении закупок из ГИСЗ НСО в ЕИС

которая возникала на стороне ЕИС и возвращалась в ГИСЗ НСО, исправлена в версии ЕИС 9.3.0.2.

Необходимо повторить посредством ГИСЗ НСО отправку извещений о проведении закупок в ЕИС.
